In case of copyright infringement we ALWAYS take legal action

All our wollyonline patterns and designs are officially registered with the Copyright Office in Washington under number VA1-177-828 and are protected by copyright law. It is illegal for anyone to violate copyright law.

This means that:

Even if these patterns are free: It is illegal to distribute copies and/or publicly display the wollyonline patterns, images or graphics. Therefore photocopying, mass producing, catalog sales and all other forms of reproduction are strictly prohibited. Reselling on eBay is Prohibited!

It is illegal to reproduce materials or to prepare derivative works based upon the original materials. You are not allowed to change the original wollyonline patterns, images or graphics at all.

I create the patterns with the utmost care. However, sometimes I make a mistake and leave an error in the patterns. I cannot be held responsible for any damage personal or other, incurred directly or indirectly from the information given in the patterns or description.
